Terms of Use — Snaglite

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Snaglite (the ‘App’), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Free Trial

• The App may offer a 7-day free trial followed by a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings under Apple ID and Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

4. User Content

You are responsible for the content you add to the App, such as notes and photos. You represent that you have the necessary rights to store and process such content.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or its services.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
